I\'m a Senior Product Manager with 5+ years building consumer-facing products in digital banking, payments, and lending.At Kotak Mahindra Bank, I built the payments module of the new mobile app from scratch — launching the full UPI stack (Autopay, RuPay CC, Scan & Pay), bank transfers, and bill payments on a 24 lakh MAU app. Today it processes ~2.5 lakh UPI transactions and ~60k bank transfers daily.Before payments, I owned the digital lending experience — built the loans section from 0, grew pre-approved loan distribution 10× (2.65 lakh loans, Cr), introduced Credit Score, revamped loan servicing for 12 lakh+ customers, and scaled DIY service requests from 4% to 25% in 6 months.What I enjoy most: taking ambiguous problems, breaking them into clear user and business outcomes, and shipping things that actually move metrics.I thrive at the intersection of user empathy, data, and execution — working closely with engineering, design, risk, and compliance to get things done in regulated environments.Open to Senior PM opportunities in fintech, payments, or B2C product roles.
