Sarano Kelley, a top-rated coach and speaker, is a member of Forbes Coaches Council and a cofounder of The Kelley Group, one of the financial industry’s leading training and coaching firms.Sarano entered Vassar at the age of 16. When only 23, he earned $400k in commissions as a rookie financial advisor. Later, trained as a communications expert, he became the top-rated trainer for the largest communications skills training company in the U.S. and the company\'s first million-dollar producer at age 28.
