Created and designed the company logo, capturing the brand message and philosophy. Directed the Design of UI and UX which includes colour palette, layout, spacing, font, sizes of UI elements, animations, scale levels, shadows. Vetted and rewrote all text on the portal for succinctness, effective communication and brand representation in tone of wordings.Wireframe designs were initially created in Balsamiq, and then more refined versions made in partnership with a Web Designer. Final Versions were made by ourselves using Adobe XD.Translated User ideas into Technically feasible User Stories and a total of up to 70 separate Detailed Requirements Documents were produced for the Software Developer Team, based in India, to work on.Created processes, best practices and policies around working methods, record keeping and feedback to improve accountability, efficiencies of the team, and to aid faster development and getting it right first time to minimise rework.Web Portal features include:User registration with email and password, Email Notifications, Website Notifications, Mobile Number and Email Verification through OTP, Picture and Document Upload, Property Search using numerous Filters with Map Functionality, User and Document Rejection and Approval by Staff, Customer and Admin Side Portals, User Access Levels, Automated Tasks and Reminders, Sequential Validation Checks and Document Expiry, Integration of Stripe Payment Platform, Appointment Booking, Rescheduling and Cancelling, Bids and Offers, Contract Signing with e-Signatures, Archived Database and much more.
