Complete life cycle knowledge from Phase 0 to phase 4-Demonstrating sound managerial expertise in managing substantial and complex projects within a formal structured environment and utilizing appropriate problem-solving tools and methodologies like A3 analysis, 8D analysis, PUGH analysis, tactical plan-Effectively collaboration with cross-functional teams like PQ, BIW, VI, Styling, production line, Standardization, Metallurgy and different suppliers. I believe in maintaining good relationships with internal and external stakeholders-Involvement in Various Engineering sign off with like BOM sign-off, RM sign off, mold flow, EGP, TMKO, graining & PQ to confirm part status for intended appearance, function and fit to nominal requirements. Checking fixture development and signoff-Executing DVA tolerance stackup analysis by using Teamcenter visualization to ensure the part fitment per PQ plan-Ensuring DFMEA, DFM, DFA and DFS preparation and signoff-Productivity improvement, Defects tracking, managing TGR & TGW, Team meetings, Team KPI setting, preparing team Individual development plan, regular one on one meetings-Monitoring project progress, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions to ensure project delivery with first time right quality within given timeline
