My career is defined by a passion for solving complex commercial challenges and building the teams and capabilities needed to win in the pharmaceutical industry. With more than 12 years of experience, I have developed a deep expertise in strategy, new product launch excellence, and large-scale change management.Currently, as the lead for Strategy and New Product Launch Excellence at Dr. Reddy\'s India, I work closely with senior leadership to define the growth strategy for the business and for program managing the execution. This includes a proven track record in launch planning for innovative assets across multiple therapeutic areas, such as Immuno-oncology drugs, GLP-1 RAs in the diabetes category, and multiple new drug class introductions in the gastrointestinal therapy.Previously, at Biological E, I had the opportunity to lead a significant change initiative, turning around a legacy business by driving marketing excellence and by incubating critical functions like Sales Force Excellence and Digital Marketing. I thrive on collaborating with leaders to identify and build new practices and processes that not only improve performance but also establish a foundation for long-term growth. My experience also includes leading operations strategy for the Vaccines business, where I successfully drove key productivity enhancement projects.
