About Sara Moss
I\'m a systems thinker at heart. I\'ve worked at the intersection of strategy, technology, and process innovation for ages, and I\'m more energized now than ever about what\'s possible. With AI and digital transformation reshaping how we work, there is an opportunity to delegate to the machines, while we humans do what we do best: solve wicked problems, create, collaborate, and drive meaningful impact. Complex transformation projects with ambitious goals are my specialty. The kind where you\'re sitting with a leadership team mapping out a bold vision, and then the real work begins - I\'m analyzing the current state, architecting the technology solutions, redesigning the processes, building the multi-year roadmap that\'s both fundable and achievable. Then comes my favorite part: assembling the right team, getting everyone in the right seat, and leading the charge through all the messy reality of implementation. The technical puzzles, the process challenges, the people dynamics - the demanding, detailed work of transformation - I love all of it. My expertise is strategic transformation - I partner with executive stakeholders to design and deliver large-scale change. I guide development of future-state processes and architecture that enable the vision and strategy. I lead gap analysis to identify opportunities across policy, process, technology, data, org structure, training, and change management - all the dimensions needed for transformation to succeed. Then I facilitate the work: developing governance frameworks, defining roles and responsibilities, assembling the core team, and designing how we engage the front line. I aim to create project culture that drives both successful outcomes and rewarding team experiences. I integrate change management throughout the program so that when new processes and technology come online, the strategy is delivered and people are ready for it.
