   Mythos has historically been viewed as a vendor in the donor relations space. But our vision stretches beyond providing tools for the often underappreciated and overextended stewardship teams we serve to a true partnership in the work. We believe that gift stewardship is essential to modern philanthropy—arguably the most important aspect of the development lifecycle. Donors want both agency in and a deep understanding of the impact created through their giving. We want to help bring this idea, and the vital role of stewardship and donor relations, to the forefront of all philanthropic strategy conversations. With seventeen years of direct experience working in donor relations shops at universities and cultural organizations, I bring an “insider” perspective and credentials to client support, product development, and overall growth at Mythos.My responsibilities as Chief Stewardship Advocate revolve around the following four principles:• Helping move existing clients forward, inspiring users to get the most from the product, announcing new product features, and moving the stewardship profession forward.• Supporting the acquisition of new and prospective clients, offering a detailed, in-product demonstration of Mythos functionality while contributing real-world experience to the conversation and helping to translate industry-specific questions and terminology for the Mythos team.• Growing joy in the Mythos Community by directing and managing all aspects of the User Community’s digital and in-person engagement including the YouTube channel content plan, topics and speakers at events, and the invitation list for the annual ADRP Mythos Dinner.• Growing the Mythos product by vetting and translating needs and feature requests through the lens of client value, providing input on roadmap priorities, and exploring improvement concepts.
