As a Talent Attraction Manager at Pressed, I’m responsible for hiring across the entire business - including executive-level searches for our Support Center (HQ), manufacturing talent, and leadership roles for our retail stores - while also helping lead strategic talent initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth, and scrappy environment. We are helping to build the people side of a brand that’s disrupting the food and beverage space.Founded in 2010 by three friends, Pressed began as a small space with a big idea: real, nourishing food should be accessible and fit into everyday life.
