ABOUT SARALA KALLEPALLI

I am a passionate and multidisciplinary Research Analyst with a strong foundation in molecular biology, clinical genetics, and healthcare research. My professional journey bridges academia and industry, where I’ve contributed to biomedical research, startup incubation, and data-driven insights for public health and innovation. I’ve worked as a Junior Research Fellow on ICMR and DST-funded projects, where I gained hands-on experience in molecular dynamics simulations, wet lab research, proposal writing, and lab setup. My work also involved mentoring student innovators in India’s biotech startup ecosystem through programs like BioNest and Avishkaran. Currently, I’m pursuing a Postgraduate Certificate in Research Analysis at Humber College in Toronto, where I’m sharpening my skills in research methodology, data visualization, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and ethical research practices in a Canadian context.
