About Sara Kopel
I am a Nurse Leader with varied experience in hospital operations and leadership. With a clinical background in L&D (including scrubbing, circulating, and PACU), IICU, PCI, RSD, cards telemetry, and Med Surg telemetry, in addition to cross training in mother baby and pediatrics, working as a supervisor for Women\'s and Children\'s Services, Critical Care, Med Surge, and Behavioral Health areas came naturally to me. As a Nurse Manager of Nursing Central Support, I impacted patient throughput and hospital operations while overseeing float pool staff, staffing and timekeeping, and the administrative nursing business offices. My objective has always been to share my hope, smile, and compassion to provide exceptional care for all as a nurse leader who synthesizes critical thinking and evidence-based practice.
