About Sara Kemp
Quality Compliance with growth health plan with deep behavioral health experience. I built a strong team of professionals, streamlining processes between three companies and demonstrating value, efficiency, and collaborative relationships. I created processes, reporting, and committees to ensure we are audit-ready for regulatory and accreditation entities. I\'ve project managed 3 different companies towards successful licensure or accreditation, always keeping an eye on our core service to patients, clients, members and stakeholders. As a provider in behavioral care, I have: expanded a non-profit to a bi-coastal location, built a start-up, and overseen clinical programs across multiple sites of a large substance use disorder health provider. I leveraged state-wide community mental health center services to reach commercially insured clients. I led a successful psychiatric consulting program to assist pediatricians serve their patients with behavioral health needs. I build relationships and collaborative partnerships. I have experience that spans quality management and compliance, behavioral health direct service and operations, business development, working with boards of directors, strategic planning and budgeting, accreditation and licensure.
