As the public information officer for North Metro Fire Rescue District, I serve as the primary spokesperson for the district and handle all external, internal and crisis communications. Additionally, I coordinate community engagement events, produce stories through photography and videos, develop the fire district\'s social media strategy and content, oversee media relations, write and design the District\'s annual report, maintain the District\'s brand, oversee various special projects and manage the District\'s website. Within my responsibilities, I manage a team of education specialists and train personnel who serve as secondary public information officers for the fire district.
