Owner, Speaker, IFS & EMDR Clinician at Red Rocks Counseling.(RedRocksCounseling.com) Through speaking engagements, I facilitate a process of personal and professional self-discovery and understanding to audiences craving growth, expansion, healing, transition, innovation, and change. I have worked with corporate and organizational groups of varying sizes throughout the country and love collaborating on how to hone these intentions and messages in a way that feels relevant and meaningful to each audience. Curiosity and connection are my two favorite things in the whole world (right up there with chocolate, the mountains and live music). I specialize in teen and adult psychological wellness through my work as a psychotherapist and a public and corporate speaker. My goal is to help educate you on how fascinating the human psyche really is and to help you discover and become the most authentic and aligned version of yourself. I have experience supporting individuals and couples through psychotherapy as they overcome struggles in their daily lives as well as things from the past that continue to weigh on them in a distressing or dysfunctional way, possibly affecting one’s relationship with others as well as his/her own self. I also love working with clients who feel stable and well, but are wondering, “now what?” and are perhaps interested in existential exploration, self-actualization, or transitioning into some new level of awesomeness in life, relationships, career, spirituality, adventure, abundance or creativity. One of my priorities in psychotherapy is establishing and maintaining a strong therapeutic rapport. I believe the client/therapist relationship is mission-critical in the process towards healing and creating a thriving livelihood. I strive to create an environment and relationship in which you can feel safe and able to be yourself. I’m a math and science geek at heart, so I tend to provide a fair amount of psycho-education to clients who are interested in the “how” and “why” information that supports the (sometimes ambiguous-feeling) work of psychotherapy.
