Sarajane has over three decades of HR experience primarily in the biotech, pharmaceutical, and other life science industries. She has headed the HR function for several companies with either US, North American, or global responsibility including Novo Nordisk, Orchid Biosciences, Johnson & Johnson, and TCS, Onconova Therapeutics, and Lodo Therapeutics. For over 6 years TMCG has provided long interim VPHR support and has led HR executive searches. We have focused on emerging and start-up life science companies helping them fulfill their exit strategy whether it is to go public, be acquired, or pursue growth through acquisitions. We currently focus on HR Strategy development, HR Strategy Alignment, HR Talent Search, Coaching & Advisement.
