ABOUT SARAH ZENGEYA
I am a Town Planner and a licentiate member of the Royal Town Planning Institute providing planning consultancy services within the private sector. I am currently working within the Thames Valley region on development schemes of varying sizes. I have developed a range of knowledge of the UK planning system and legislation with schemes in residential, commercial and rural schemes. I would want to ensure that processes are followed on behalf of clients by minimizing as much risk as possible. I have previously worked alongside senior planners, architects and legal professionals within the planning industry. I have contributed to securing permission for a wide range of development schemes. I have worked on obtaining planning consent. I am currently working towards my APC, and as part of the Wiltshire Young Planners network, I hope to progress towards my chartership.
