ABOUT SARAH YOUNG
I work with women in their 40s and beyond who are questioning what\'s next in their careers, and with organisations delivering sustainability and Net Zero programmes. Through Coaching, I support women to regain clarity, rebuild confidence, and design careers that feel aligned with who they are now. Through Consulting, I bring 17+ years of experience leading retrofit, fuel poverty, and decarbonisation Why both? Both sides of my work are rooted in the same belief: meaningful change happens when people feel empowered, supported, and aligned with My journey Since 2008, I\'ve worked in energy and sustainability, leading programmes that tackle fuel poverty and support Net Zero. In 2018, I launched my coaching practice after experiencing my own period of questioning and realising how many other women were navigating similar transitions without support. By the time we reach our 40s, many of us have lived through significant change. Questions start to surface: Is this still right for me? What do I want next?
