   Payroll: oversee weekly/bi-weekly payroll for 220 employees (union and non-union) across 9 entities, review general ledgers for $2mm+ payroll per month, management of employee allocations to ensure budget is upheld, monthly billbacks across 8 entities, onboarding of 4 new payroll entities due to company expansion COVID: create, implement, and uphold required vaccine policy across portfolio, stay current with all governmental and CDC guidelines on a continuing basis, provide consistent updates across departments HR: 401k enrollments and reporting, PEO relationship management, oversee onboarding process, company-wide employment updates, HR documentation gatekeeper, leaves of absence (FMLA, PFL, STD, etc.) tracking, progressive disciplinary action plans, write ups and terminations, annual required training Entity Management: implemented protocol for new entity request and creation, update and manage all entity organizational charts (50+) alongside Senior Controller Operations: office buildouts across NYC inclusive of design, furniture purchasing, supply ordering, IT setup, printer, and phone setup; new IT vendor research, interview, and implementation (2021); IT projection management inclusive of new server migration and organization and impending 0365 migration company-wide Legal: tracking of active cases; working with insurance and lawyers to provide necessary documentation to work towards a positive outcome of the case at hand
