Lead the development and execution of federal legislative campaigns to advance the fight for gender justice across all issues that are impact the life of women, girls, and LGBTQIA+ communities- Lead and manage multi-issue advocacy, rapid response initiatives in an evolving legislative environment and culture change campaigns that aim to drive significant shifts in how communities view, discuss and understand gender justice issues- Collaborate with NWLC\'s digital media team to develop and execute a digital content strategy to advance advocacy, mobilization, and public education on policy and narrative change campaigns including building relationships with content creators for influencer engagement and collaborate to execute digital ad strategies- Organize and manage on the ground advocacy activations and actions such as mobile billboards, projections, wheatpasting, and rallies to bring attention to the policy issues- Oversee writing of action alerts, social media content, blog posts, toolkits, and other related materials- Coordinate with the NWLC\'s press team to create media opportunities- Serve as a Law Center representative on various coalitions, and manage and nurture grassroots and grasstops partnerships with individuals and other organizations- Supervise and support the professional development of two campaign staff

I am an accomplished non-profit public policy professional passionate about creating equitable communities through empowering individuals to engage in advocacy and mobilizing the public to take action. For over a decade I have advanced organization policy priorities at the county, state, and federal level focused on policies that support children and families. I have developed the capacity of local leaders and those with lived experience to make their voices heard and create policy change. I have also built and strengthened digital advocacy programs including a 265% increase in engaged advocates in a single year. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I oversaw a successful and fast pivot to online training including a virtual fly-in.I recently graduated with a Master of Public Administration from American University School of Public Affairs with a focus in nonprofit management.
