Serves as the main point of contact for the company’s top-earning priority record label clients- Manages and distributes metadata, multimedia assets, and files from internal conceptualization to public release- works with 60+ DSP\'s and monetization platforms to optimize timed releases, troubleshoot releases, and maximize growth in streams for clients- Assists with release rollout strategy, music marketing and editorial pitching- Works with DDEX and XML for distribution metadata batches- Educates users on product functionalities, conducts training sessions, helps to develop how-to guides enhancing user proficiency and satisfaction- Provides administrative Label Management services, including but not limited to release data compilation, accounting services, royalty statement generation, and more- Assists with platform questions, troubleshooting and general distribution/operations inquires- Helps to onboard back catalogs- Works with internal developers to improve distribution platform and overall user experience- Has regular meetings with clients to discuss strategy, release rollout, royalty earnings, marketing budgets, and record label goals- Connects top-earning clients with relevant departments to maximize their experience and help meet their goals- Works directly with DSP and monetization platform content operations to help streamline efficiency and ensure releases go live- Regularly distributes hundreds of new releases per week- Works with the Copyright Infringement team to identify legitimate content, protect original works, issue takedowns on infringing uploads of client content, learn new methods, and assist clients with projects involving claim-free music.
