I am a nonprofit executive, educator, and advocate with more than 20 years of experience leading mission-driven organizations through growth, transformation, and evidence-driven decision making. I specialize in building systems, teams, and partnerships that help organizations scale their impact with clarity, accountability, and measurable results.As Vice President of MEARL and Grants Management Transformation at Habitat for Humanity International, I lead the transformation of our outcome measurement, research, learning, and grants management practices to strengthen how we demonstrate impact across the global network. This role builds on more than 12 years of prior leadership with Habitat including roles directing change initiatives supporting the success of Habitat for Humanity’s network of nonprofit organizations across the United States, supporting Habitat affiliates with training and capacity building, and leading a local Habitat affiliate.Most recently, I completed my tenure as executive director of Women in Security and Privacy, where the organization expanded scholarships, strengthened global programming, and grew into a community of more than members dedicated to supporting women and underrepresented communities to lead the future of privacy and security. I am a certified volunteer administrator (CVA) and certified fundraising executive (CFRE), and I hold a doctorate in public administration. I teach university courses in nonprofit management, leadership, and social justice and I provide career coaching for those who are navigating transitions and seeking their next role.My contributions to the sector have been recognized with honors that include the Civil Liberties Award from the ACLU of Georgia, the ATHENA Leadership Award, and recognition as Nonprofit Director of the Year.
