I am a Master of Social Work student at the University of Michigan, graduating August 2026, with plans to become a licensed clinical therapist in private practice. My clinical internship training includes work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges, using attachment-based and mindfulness-informed approaches that emphasize emotional safety, self-compassion, and the healing power of attuned connection.Before beginning my career in social work, I spent nearly 20 years in business—including time earning my MBA—with the last decade focused on organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and professional coaching. That experience continues to inform my interest in supporting clients through life transitions, career stress, and questions of identity and purpose.My clinical interests are also shaped by past volunteer work at Affirmations, an LGBTQ+ community center, where I helped connect visitors with essential resources and support. That experience deepened my commitment to creating emotionally safe, inclusive spaces for queer and questioning clients.
