About Sarah Usmani
I am an educator and Master Coach with 17+ years of experience in areas of non-profit and for-profit education and learning and development across various sectors, including major institutions, such as Fortune 500 companies and Top 10 universities globally. Over the years, my work experience has vastly increased my skill set, enabled me to build meaningful and rich relationships, and introduced me to challenging work environments.My passion for universal educational advancement has proven useful in managing and coordinating the delivery of sustainable leadership, DEI, and administrative programs, while incorporating healthy psychological spaces into these programs by engaging staff and clients through training and coaching, and ultimately establishing a purpose-driven culture in various organizations.Academically, I have a Master of Arts in International Educational Development and Policy degree from Columbia University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Economics from Smith College & Harvard University. I also have several certifications in Curriculum & Textbook Editing, University Admissions Workshops (e.g. Aga Khan, NYU Abu Dhabi, EdPrograms, etc), CPPD London\'s Humanistic Integrative Counseling, the American Board\'s Master NLP Life Coaching, and Columbia University\'s College Advising Program. I am a Master Coach, and have been selected as a Senior Mentor for other coaches globally.Apart from my proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, I am equally conversant with G Suite, Tencent Docs and QQ, and Canva, and enjoy implementing my learning of Agile Scrum methodologies in my program management work.
