As Head of People & Business Operations at 4AllPromos, I sit on the Senior Leadership Team, partnering closely with our CEO and executive leaders to turn strategy into execution and vision into operational reality.My career began in education, where I developed a deep foundation in leadership, development, and organizational dynamics. I intentionally transitioned into Human Resources to expand that impact beyond the classroom and into the broader business landscape. What started as a focus on talent and people strategy evolved into leading enterprise-wide initiatives that shape how organizations operate and grow.Over time, my scope expanded well beyond traditional HR. Today, I operate at the intersection of people, process, and performance. I lead our People function end-to-end while also driving company-wide planning, executive alignment, operational cadence, and cross-functional execution.I’m energized by the work behind the scenes that makes everything else possible: clarifying priorities, building scalable systems, strengthening leadership teams, navigating change, and creating accountability without losing humanity. Whether guiding organizational design, leading restructuring efforts, implementing operating rhythms like OKRs, or coaching leaders through complex decisions, my focus is simple: build a business that performs because its people are aligned, empowered, and clear on where they’re going.I care deeply about culture, but I care just as much about results. Strong culture and operational rigor are not opposites they are partners. The best organizations are intentional about both.At this stage in my career, I’m motivated by enterprise-level impact: shaping strategy, developing leaders, building infrastructure for growth, and helping organizations scale without losing what makes them special.If I had to describe my leadership style: steady, practical, direct, and people-centered always focused on what moves the business forward.
