Collaboratively defining talent brand strategy & executing plans with internal teams. • Supporting ideation of new EVP social media content: emphasising milestones, benefits & corporate values in UK and Germany. Supporting Sr Director, Comms EMEA & Global Talent Brand Manager to deliver quarterly on these initiatives. In particular, ensuring suitable content coverage dedicated to UK/ DACH and wider EMEA. • Launching EMEA social media employee testimonials in 2021. Focus on showcasing internal diversity. Collaboratively launched \'Humans of EMEA\' social campaign in order to mimic the \'Humans of New York\' US campaign. Aiming to drive awareness of team culture in EMEA. Key achievements: • 46 offers accepted during Y1 and Y2, of which 17 include German speaking hires. • 84% offer acceptance rate during 2021 & 2022. • Quality of hire examples; Q1 2022 I hired the #1 AEs [by quota attained] in France and UK, Q2 2022 I hired the #1 AE in France and the top #3 performing AEs in the UK and in Q4 2022 the #1 performing AE in France. • Annual 2021 productivity: 125% of headcount goals.
