ABOUT SARAH SUTHERLAND
I recently completed my Master of Management at the UBC Sauder School of Business, following a B.A. in Cognitive Systems from the University of British Columbia. My academic foundation in human behavior, decision-making, and systems thinking informs how I approach leadership, strategy, and growth in business environments.I am currently a District Sales Leader Designate at PepsiCo, where I am developing frontline leadership capabilities within a fast-paced CPG environment. Previously, I gained experience in customer development and eCommerce strategy at Unilever, managing Walmart accounts and driving digital optimization initiatives.Across my academic and professional experiences, I have consistently gravitated toward leadership roles; whether directing a 100+ member student organization, building strategic partnerships, or optimizing retail execution.
