I provide project management and change management services to public sector clients, specifically on IT projects. I support my clients by bringing my curiosity, observations, experience and knowledge to the table, giving them the information they need to make decisions so we can succeed together. While each client and project is unique with its own constraints, the common success factor is a strong team who puts their personal preferences aside to meet project goals, deadlines, scope and budget.I use my organizational and leadership skills as well as meaningful strategy to bring everyone together to solve the challenges that lie before us.
