Example: Supervise systemwide retreat planning for 80+ WH service line members.• Serve as chief of staff for Women’s Health, in support of the Chief Women’s Health Officer, to manage and evaluate staff, build and strengthen the relationship to HR, and support hiring and onboarding staff.• Establish a robust partnership with at least one managed care company to maximize revenue opportunities for Women’s Health. Example: RISE Center at Lincoln, for three distinct service licenses to optimize billing.
