Example: Partnership with National Diaper Bank Network; formalize systemwide car seat program.• Sustain and foster relationships with funders, including all communication and reporting requirements for program initiatives, and serve as liaison with academic partners, local and state-level governmental agencies, local community non-profit and for-profit partners.• Supervise and develop a team of six, comprised of two project managers, a senior director, a mix of coordinator and administrative roles, with plans to hire at least one additional senior project manager in 2025. • Manage multiple consultant/vendor contracts in support of Women’s health projects, including administrative processes and fiscal management. Example: Supervise systemwide retreat planning for 80+ WH service line members.• Serve as chief of staff for Women’s Health, in support of the Chief Women’s Health Officer, to manage and evaluate staff, build and strengthen the relationship to HR, and support hiring and onboarding staff.• Establish a robust partnership with at least one managed care company to maximize revenue opportunities for Women’s Health. Example: RISE Center at Lincoln, for three distinct service licenses to optimize billing.
