   As Weather Stream’s Chief Administrative Operations Officer, I serve as a senior executive and strategic partner to the CEO and Board, responsible for aligning and leading four core areas of the organization: Human Resources, Administrative Compliance, Facilities & Workplace Operations, and Internal Business Administration.My role integrates people strategy, operational efficiency, and legal oversight to ensure the infrastructure of our fast-growing, mission-driven company is scalable, compliant, and built for impact. I directly supervise senior leaders across People Operations, Mission & Business Ops, and Workplace Administration.
