I have over 10 years\' extensive experience as an outstanding manufacturing engineer, managing and coordinating design, manufacturing, and quality control projects in the automotive and energy sector. Having several years’ experience working at different stages of design, manufacturing and quality control processes helped me acquire the technical and communication skills necessary to be effective and efficient in coordinating and managing those projects.My technical skills and experience also include the following:• Strong understanding of geometric tolerances (GD & T)• Advanced proficiency in CATIA V5, AutoCAD, Mechanical Desktop and SolidWorks• Demonstrable expertise in advanced manufacturing processes(CNC machining, Wire EDM, EDM, Creep Feed Grinding…)• Over 8 years’ experience of design and inspection in tight tolerance machining environments• Extensive knowledge of metrology, quality lab measuring equipment a wide variety of gauging instruments and Non-destructive testing (NDT) methods• Hands-on experience in performing first article inspections (FAI), associated forms and processes• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Quality Management System (QMS), Risk Management, Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Control Plan, Material Review Board (MRB), Change control Board (CCB), Technical Review Board (TRB), Internal Audit, Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Process and Product improvement, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Six Sigma, DOE, PPAP, Engineering Change Request/Notification (ECR/ECN)• Good knowledge of CNC machines (3, 4, 5 axis) • Familiar with CNC programming Working in numerous projects in different capacities has helped me develop my communication and problem-solving skills, which makes me a highly effective team player.
