About Sarah Schnierer
My throughline in all of my roles is “engagement”. Throughout my experience this has manifested in differing ways. In earlier days with Whitepages.com, I cultivated customer engagement through strategic partnerships that attracted $20M YoY revenue. At Amazon, I served as leadership focal in Custom Advertising—where I increased engagement by driving co-branded sponsorships and ad placements during the most heavily-trafficked days on the calendar—managing $25M revenue and renegotiating commitments that significantly expanded our most important enterprise partners’ recurring financial contributions. Further, a common thread of my career has been Employee Engagement. At Whitepages.com, I created and led an internal volunteer group, “CarePages”—to promote and inspire community service. At Amazon, I founded and ran Momazonian—the eCommerce giant’s first-ever Employee Resource Group for working mothers—which grew from mere concept to members, 40 global chapters—and a 12-person Board of Directors—and significantly improved Work-Life Balance for many. Throughout a 20-year career, I have been able to:*Utilize Agile management to develop an automated interviewing system that elevated UX/CX and established metrics to assess candidate performance *Manage individual advertising and branding events between $2M and $10M for key Custom Advertising partners*Negotiate agreements that strengthened and lengthened key Partner commitments and brought tens of millions of ARR to the business*Increase brand placements for celebrity endorsements, including Oprah Winfrey and Stephen Curry *Position myself as a thought leader in ERGs and employee community building; quoted in the NY Times and Bloomberg; invited to speak at industry eventsI welcome contact through LinkedIn.
