Technical Requirements Analysis to aid process and solution design in order to realise customer value through excellence and execution. Support the regular review of backlog items by utilising Business Analysis skills i.e. constantly analysing and prioritising requirements in order to support the Product Owner/Project Manager with identifying and understanding the business need. Driving the prioritised requirements through design, test and implementation. Identifying ambiguity where it exists and clarifying where necessary. Question and review current Agile methods; identify and uncover any shortcomings which may hamper outcomes. Assisting the Scrum Master achieve desired outcomes by recognising and adopting new approaches to different opportunities or emerging problems. Coaching and developing others in Agile methods as they become collaborators within Feature teams or Component teams. Ensuring Jira and Confluence track correctly in order to maintain and track velocity.
