I have been drawing and painting since I was a kid. The first time I made money from a drawing I did was when I was in the 4th grade. It was for The National Dental Art Contest (definitely not the official name of the contest). That moment opened up so many possibilities for my future. It made me believe that maybe I could live in a world where I could make money doing something I enjoyed doing. Well, many years later, I am excited to say that I have continued to grow as an artist and have been lucky and blessed to earn a living from it. In 2021, I finally made the leap to open my own Etsy shop. So far in my life, I have sold and been commissioned to paint over 100 pieces of art but now I\'m getting serious about it in a different way. Since the launching of my solo online exhibit \"New Eyes\" in May 2021, art has lit a fire in me so exhilarating that I can\'t wait to see what\'s next— what new visions will come. My work is intuitive; birthed from life itself—praying, meditating and trying to heal from the trauma of my past is what moves my hand to create. I hope you like what I do and if it moves you enough, maybe you\'ll buy it and hang it on your wall.
