Hey, I’m Sarah – Cooper Parry’s Campaign Lead and CRM guru.As Campaign Lead in the Marketing team, I make sure the various creative pieces that form a campaign puzzle are delivered on-time, on-brand, and on-trend for our target market. I also support the business with anything and everything CRM related; from initial training chats, all the way through to improving and refining the system with our third-party supplier, ANS. It’s all to make sure our CRM data is as clean and up-to-date as possible, so we can keep delivering a brilliant service to you, our clients.If there’s one constant at CP, it’s change. Life is so fast-paced here and I’m often juggling several projects at once. But then again, that’s what makes it all the more rewarding when we get them nailed – and that’s something we definitely know how to do.
