Specialising in quality improvement of leadership and management degree apprenticeships, using a coaching partnership approach.Main responsibilities: • Quality improvement and quality assurance activity across the learner journey to evaluate the quality and impact of our degree apprenticeship programmes and inform staff development. Including conducting programme deep dives and producing reports following analysis of data such as attendance, retention, performance and outcomes of observation of teaching and learning.• Staff professional development: supporting the development of training, following outcome of quality reviews and training needs analysis. • Manage sub-contractor relationship including producing the annual Self-Assessment Report.• Support the authoring of the apprenticeships Quality Framework, and Self-Assessment Report (SAR) and monitor the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).Main achievements:• Implemented a quality evaluation framework to improve qualification achievement rates, learner satisfaction, and staff engagement, and to secure financial and reputational success.• Developed a coaching partnership model to support continual improvement.• Identified continual professional development needs and opportunities to support the delivery team.

ABOUT SARAH RUSH
With 30 years of experience, as a trainer and manager in the education sector, I have pursued a career in leadership development, continual quality improvement, and coaching.I am a Chartered Manager and Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), and an accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).As a faculty manager at an FE college, I was deeply passionate about people and potential. I had built a high performing team, and found real fulfilment in supporting others to grow. That sparked an appetite for coaching. I wanted to understand it fully, to do it well, and make it part of how I led.Then, in 2018 I achieved a Postgraduate Certificate in Executive Coaching. Shortly after which I was made redundant.Since then, I have:• Designed and delivered a student coaching programme for a large FE college group students).• Supported a new staff coaching initiative, that included quality assuring the ILM Level 3 Coaching Certificate and offering 1:1 coaching for staff.• Developed a management training and coaching programme for a corporate organisation.• Coached over 200 managers on the Senior Leader Level 7 (MBA) apprenticeship at Henley Business School, University of Reading.• Implemented a quality improvement framework for degree apprenticeships using a coaching partnership approach, for the continual improvement of the learner experience.• Coached many individuals, helping them step into their full potential, with confidence and clarity.• Supported organisations on their journey to creating a coaching culture.
