Promoted to Clinic Nurse Operations Manager of Primary Care at Valley View Hospital, where I lead clinical operations and drive quality patient care in a dynamic outpatient setting. My nursing career spans high-acuity inpatient and outpatient environments; from serving as the Clinical Nurse Supervisor at the Roaring Fork Family Practice in Carbondale, Colorado, to working as a Registered Nurse in the Medical Intensive Care Unit (COVID-19 ICU 29 beds) at Carolinas Medical Center, a Level 1 Trauma Center through the height of the pandemic. I hold an ADN (December 2020) from Carolinas College of Health and a BSN from Western Carolina University (2023, Summa Cum Laude) earned while working full time. I am currently pursuing a dual degree: a Master of Public Health (MPH) and a Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) from the University of Colorado Anschutz.My foundation in healthcare is rooted in a Bachelor of Arts in Therapeutic Recreation/Recreational Therapy with a Psychology Minor from UNC Wilmington (2014), complemented by earlier experience as an Outdoor Education Coordinator with a background in government administration and the adaptive sports industry.
