ABOUT SARAH ROBERTS

I am an Associate Solicitor specialising in the administration of estates and negotiating inheritance tax reliefs, particularly for cross-border and heritage estates.I have built a strong reputation for precision, technical expertise and attention to detail at several of the UK\'s top 100 law firms, coupled with a friendly, down-to-earth nature and plain English approach.I have many years of experience practising in all areas of legal work for the private affairs of individuals, with particular expertise in UK capital tax planning, trusts and estates.I also have previous experience in Corporate/Commercial matters, which means that I am ideally placed to advise business owners and managers holistically in respect of their tax and estate planning.A foray into the commercial world developing a probate department for a national Will-writing company gave me a very real and practical understanding of business processes and management as well as interest in the modernisation of the legal profession.
