Building *the* tech and data-enabled travel agency. My team and I work in service of our entrepreneurial community of travel advisors, their trusted clients, and our valued partners around the world. And above all we enable our incredible and talented HQ teams, serving as a connective tissue across all functions. Year 1 in the role involved building out core data infrastructure, in close collaboration with Eng and Product. We went from managing the business out of Airtable and Google Sheets to standing up a data warehouse and building out key tables for the product and business - all then joined and made digestible via a BI tool. Year 2 roadmap includes.* Integrating many more data sources into our ecosystem * Continued Insights roadmap building out more sophisticated views relating to advisors, partners, and acquisition marketing in particular * And of course, continuing to build out the team to keep pace with our advisors\' amazing growth
