I\'m an Education Specialist with a background in both the legal and sports industries—and have a deep passion for building community through basketball and education.I earned my M.Ed from the University of Utah, where I also played NCAA Division I basketball, an experience that shaped my work ethic, adaptability, and leadership.Currently, I lead firmwide training initiatives at Tyson & Mendes, blending project management and instructional design to deliver meaningful learning experiences. I thrive in fast-paced, startup-style environments where I can build structure from the ground up, streamline systems, and make complex information accessible. Known for my organization, clear communication, and ability to juggle competing priorities, I’m passionate about helping others grow and succeed.Outside of work, I founded The Hoopers Collective—a nonprofit and passion project dedicated to growing the women’s basketball community. We host organized pickup runs for rec, college, and pro athletes, and run skills clinics for youth to help them level up on and off the court.I’m passionate about education, basketball, mentorship, and creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and inspired.
