The menu combines Japanese culinary techniques with New American flavors, emphasizing local sourcing and seasonal creativity. SingleThread has garnered prestigious accolades, including three Michelin stars, a Five Diamond Award, and a place on the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list.At SingleThread Farms, I serve as a pivotal liaison between our farm and the culinary team, farm store, culinary partners and CSA (Community Supported Agriculture). My role involves enhancing community engagement and promoting local food accessibility.​· Bridge the gap between agriculture and hospitality, ensuring that our farm\'s bounty is effectively integrated into our culinary offerings and accessible to our community.· Collaborate with chefs on seasonal planning and menu development, ensuring alignment with our farm\'s produce and seasonal availability.· Initiated and expanded a wholesale program to diversify revenue streams and increase brand visibility. · Developed and implemented integrated inventory and ordering systems to synchronize activities across the farm, kitchen, retail, and CSA operations.· Led the establishment of a customer-facing retail space and contributed to the launch of a farm-based pantry product line, enhancing our direct-to-consumer offerings.​
