I work at the intersection of creativity, leadership, and transformation — helping global brands and individuals see what’s really shaping their behaviour, decisions, and direction.With over 25 years as a Strategic Creative Director, I co-founded and grew Household Design into a globally recognised, award-winning agency. I led its vision, culture, and creative direction, working with clients including Soho House, Harrods, Selfridges, Amazon, and Waitrose. My work has always been about more than aesthetics — it’s about designing experiences that challenge assumptions, create emotional connection, and genuinely shift how people relate to a brand.Today, my work has expanded into two distinct but connected paths.Through a new venture, I co-founded and led a tech startup alongside a creative studio, partnering with businesses ready to rethink how they operate, communicate, and grow — using creative imagination, systems thinking, and value-led design to support meaningful change.Alongside this, as an ICF-certified transformational coach, I work one-to-one with individuals navigating transitions, pressure, or deep questioning.
