ABOUT SARAH PADOVE

My belief in the transformative power of sport is steadfast and serves as my daily motivation to make an impact through my distinctive lens as a strategic minded, detail-oriented, competitive, and inclusive business and legal professional. With over 12 years at a major global sports organization, including five in the legal department, I bring a unique blend of business strategy, operational savvy, legal expertise, and relationship cultivation. My legal experience was centered around transactional work, with a focus on IP licensing and event/services-related agreements. In my current role, I scale multiple programs, spearhead innovative partnerships, and forge relationships with internal and external C-suite and other senior level executives. Drawing on my background as an attorney has allowed me to bring a well-rounded, risk-aware approach while bridging disciplines, mitigating risk, and driving excellence through principled leadership. Within sport, I’m passionate about the business side and fan experience, increasing access, and championing women in the industry. Outside of work, you’ll find me watching my favorite teams, cooking something new, exploring museums, or getting outdoors whenever I can.
