Lead the Forecasting process for the UK Market for all therapy areas:o Achieving above target forecast accuracy and reducing Bias by collaborating with the Brand and Business Insights teams to reflect demand, new indications and transitioning from early access to commercial sales including the private market.o Partnering with Finance to review and align ESF forecast with budget cycles and financial assumptions.o Working with European Supply Chain team to analyse the level of Parallel Trade, assessing the impact and reflecting it in the forecast.o Collaborating with Operations and global supply in running monthly S & OP for all the brands.• Led from Supply Chain the successful launches, where demand forecasts have not aligned with sales, have worked with operations to maintain supply.• Support early access and patient schemes, managing stock allocations and collaborating closely with medical and brand teams to ensure continuity of patient supply.• Supply chain lead on future launches as part of the pre-launch cross-functional team.• Create dashboards for validating and reviewing forecasts in monthly cycles to visualise performance, and support decision making and identify trends, trade or generic impacts.• Excellent knowledge of the Supply Chain dashboards reviewing sales, redistribution data, customer data and ordering patterns.• Collaborate with wholesalers and logistics partners to manage orders and stock (including site visits and depot audits).• Manage product lifecycle activities as discontinuations and IMT’s, proactively mitigating risks and ensuring continuity of supply.• Conduct stock provisions and inventory management minimizing write off.• Manage deviations and complaints, investigations in Veeva.
