I am an experienced coordinator and my position is to provide quality customer service to all my reps to ensure all of their virtual and in-person events are a success. I work with venues, AV vendors, travel agencies, reps, speakers, etc. throughout the process of confirming events.I also generate invitations, complete and review contracts, and keep up with correspondences daily. I manage our closeout and AMEX reports to attempt to close out events as fast as possible. Customer service, quickness, and efficiency are my strong suit. When a rep or manager needs me, I am always ready to accommodate and complete the task with a quick turnaround, if not, immediately.I have extremely strong relationships with each of my reps and pride myself in building great rapport.
