About Sara Holman

The focus of much of my career has been in the telecommunications industry (12 years) with 10 years in project and operations management. I am Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certified, and have exemplary management skills to include program management, portfolio management, daily/long-term operations, and financial account management. I thrive and have exceptional attention to detail in fast-paced, client-oriented environments. I have led workshops to a variety of constituents in a variety of countries, and have led small to medium-sized teams all over the globe. I have played vital roles in global innovation setup in a corporate setting, and have assisted in launching highly-visible projects for executive leadership. Most recently, I was working with executive leadership in strategy alignment for a new innovation program. I am fluent in both Windows/Mac platforms, SAP client/server enterprise application software, MAS data entry software, and have strong interpersonal skills — both written and oral.
