Projects should also be measured in the relationships built, lessons learned, and challenges avoided/surmounted by a good team.As the Director of Otak CPM, I’m as passionate about my team as I am for my clients’ projects. I have the honor of leading an incredible team of project champions and owner’s representatives. We believe in helping our clients not only achieve their baseline project objectives, but also their aspirational goals, extending the reach of their capital projects and buildings’ impact to their communities.Capital Construction Expertise: My portfolio includes a diversity of project types/markets, but I\'m most at home in complex, public projects with high stakes and community outcomes. While I’m detail-oriented and work to anticipate and attend to my clients’ needs in every phase from pre-design through occupancy, I’m particularly passionate about setting projects up for success through team alignment, chartering, and developing strong governance practices. Stakeholder Engagement: Recognizing the critical importance of collaboration, I believe in fostering strong relationships with stakeholders at every level.
