   Work with executives, Marketing events team and other members of the HR team to plan and coordinate in-person events, travel and accommodation arrangements. • Coordinate and actively participate in the new employee onboarding experience, as the first points of contacts for the new employee. • Help answer questions and guide new employees as they become comfortable in their roles • Create and build on employee relationships • Actively participate and work closely with other HR team members in other employee engagement activities including employee recognition, employee kits and swag purchasing • Champion the Agiloft culture and values, identify employee and organizational issues and solutions. • Communicate effectively with employees relating to HR policies and procedures. • Fostering a positive employee experience • Assist with scheduling meetings and sending documents for signature • Prepare expense reports and statements for reimbursements • Filing, scanning, copying, printing and file organization • Receiving and shipping/posting mail and packages and funneling them to the right stakeholders • Prepare and lead a variety of projects and process improvements to improve efficiencies in support of daily business operations • Support and work closely with other teams in Corporate Services in an operational role as needed • Coordinate with vendors/suppliers including but not limited to insurance brokers, tax and government agencies
