Manage the day-to-day activities of the Division of Education and Training including the National LGBTQIA+ Health Education Center-Supervise Program Managers, Coordinators, and Assistants, and oversee personnel process including hiring and training new staff-Participate in strategic planning and development including identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, coordinating grant applications, and preparing quotes and proposals for contractual funding opportunities-Ensure that the requirements of all federal grants and fee-for-service contracts that support the Division of Education are met-Coordinate and work with team members to develop and implement marketing and communication tools including websites, blogs, Facebook and other social media applications, and print publications.
