ABOUT SARAH WALKER
I am a people specialist with a desire to overcome challenging environmental issues. An innovative problem-solver, I use my academic background and communication expertise to deliver interventions that dig deeper into organizational practice to enhance resilience and sustainability.At Origin Coffee I lead on two primary focus areas: the company\'s NetZero ambitions, and ongoing B Corp accreditation.I graduated with an MSc in Sustainable Development from Exeter University in September 2021. My human-centered research focused on the circularity, resilience, and well-being of coastal and urban communities, with the aim of improving well-being and reconnecting people with the natural world. I also advise town and city Councils regarding local sustainability initiatives and decarbonisation, and co-chair Cornwall and Devon’s B Local group, which supports local businesses on their B Corp journey.
