   MEMBER DEVELOPMENT RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage ongoing communications and marketing to increase member awareness of the association’s value proposition and to increase member involvement. Manage the day-to-day benefits provided to members and work with others as appropriate to deliver them. Respond to day-to-day inquiries from member companies seeking assistance. Develop and implement market research to measure and analyze member’s needs and satisfaction with membership offerings and benefits and recommend opportunities for improvement based on member feedback. Establish systems and processes to retain current members and identify prospective members. Responsible for annual membership renewals including the plan, timelines, materials, communications and invoices, and prepare reports as needed. Enroll new members and orient them to member benefits and services. Maintain database, website, and communications platforms. Manage association creative services by designing all brochures and flyers. Develop organizational sponsorship program. Manage the association database including inputting data, updating data and managing inquiries about the data on a day-to-day basis. Coordinate with national associations and participate in committees, networks, etc. EDUCATION RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop member education, education and conference budgets and monitor revenue/expenses. Responsible for content development and speaker relations as well as oversite for all education programs, events and annual conference Responsible for content development and oversight of all events. Serve as the primary point of strategic contact with the conference committee. Coordinate all marketing of LeadingAge Colorado programs and events. Recruit attendees, exhibitors and sponsors for the annual conference and other events. Solicit sponsors for all association events and the annual conference. Supervise meeting planner.
