   Previously Director of Communications) I direct and implement our communication strategy to engage both current parishioners and reach out to the wider community, including those seeking a church home. I spend many hours directing the design and creating content for our website, fortworthtrinity.org. I also create content and design the Trinity Weekly News, our e-newsletter that goes to 600+ subscribers. I develop, produce and maintain social-media content, with a primary focus on our Facebook page.(It has grown from 75 to 700+ followers during my tenure with Trinity.) I oversee production and content creation for all print publications, including five weekly multi-page bulletins, stewardship materials, annual reports, brochures, education catalogs and calendars. I play a leading role in organizing all of our major events, including the annual meeting, scholar/author visits, workshops and retreats. I handle media relations, serve as the main point of contact with all reporters and oversee media buying and art creation for print and digital advertising. I work with clergy, vestry and consultants to create an identity statement for the church and ensure the message is used consistently. I work directly with our digital communications firm, freelance graphic designers, print/production company. In addition, I produce quarterly and annual analytic reports for digital communications, as well as create reports correlating promotion efforts to ASA (average Sunday attendance).
